Hi. I've stumbled upon your blog, and would like to subscribe, but see no way to do so. I was supposed to begin teaching ESL in Honduras this week, but the offer was withdrawn last month due to economic turmoil. So now I'm looking around Ecuador as a possibility, although I'm sure it is not immune to the same issue.

I see you accepted a teaching position. How did that come about?

Many thanks,
~eric.

Let me just say that this blog is awesome and although I do have the option of watching shallow, rich people on reality tv, you guys take the cake! Also, during our wonderful lunch and after having looked through your blog I cant help but tear up and say you guys are an inspiring couple, rich in love, life and good food!!! I love you both very much and our family is very lucky to know yours! P.S. Marley is in the backgroung right now shouting spanish words at Dora the Explorer. My little sponge.
